Transport to and from the official media accommodation

If you have booked into the official media accommodation and you are using London Heathrow Airport, then we can provide you with an arrivals service. You will be met at Terminal 5 and transported via a shuttle bus to the hotel. On departure, there will be a drop off service from the Holiday Inn to Heathrow Airport or from the course to Heathrow Airport on 7th and 8th August only.

In order for the Organising Committee to provide you with this service, please provide complete and accurate details of your travel plans by 4 July 2011 at the latest
