- How to get there
Public transport - see information on travelling by public transport
Coming by car – car parking is available at a cost of £10 per car per day, payable upon arrival at the venue. Minibus parking is available for £15 per day.
If you wish to bring a larger vehicle please contact the Organising Committee at info@wrjc2011.com to enquire about parking costs

- Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable
In the event that the Championships are cancelled in advance due to force majeure, ticket prices will be refunded (less booking fee paid).
In the event of racing being postponed on any particular day, the Organisers will endeavour to make tickets for the original day valid for the day the postponed race(s) are re-scheduled for. However, it may be that the venue capacity does not allow for this. In the event that venue capacity may be compromised then preference will be given to holders of tickets bought for that particular date. In the event of this situation occurring, information regarding the possibility of ticket re-use will be available at the spectator information points at the venue, at the ticket office at the venue and on the event website as early as possible.

Tickets will be posted out by Royal Borough Windsor & Maidenhead from June 2011 onwards. Tickets bought near the time of the event can be collected from the ticket office at the venue.

The Ticket Office at the venue will be open from Thursday 4 August. The office will be open from 7.30am until 8.00pm daily.
- Racing Programme
The racing programme will be published in full once the entries for the World Rowing Junior Championships have closed. An overview of the programme is available on the Race Programme page

- Picnics / BBQ
Picnics are permitted at Dorney Lake, but Barbeques are not. Please ensure that all litter is cleared away to the recycling facilities provided.

- Shelter
In the event of inclement weather it is not possible to guarantee full shelter for all spectators. August weather is often unpredictable – come prepared for rain and shine!
