Team accommodation will be at the Royal Holloway, University of London campus in Egham, a distance of 26km from the course and 25 – 35 minutes travelling time by road in normal travel conditions (travel time will be reduced during the London 2012 Olympics with the introduction of the Olympic Route Network).

Our aim is to create a village style atmosphere and with dining and social facilities on site, the campus provides everything the athletes will require.  This is also the satellite village for Rowing and Canoe Sprint athletes competing at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

1022 single rooms are available, all with ensuite washing and toilet facilities. The rooms are all modern style, built between 2004 and 2006. A communal area is provided for every eight bedrooms.

Rates

Single ensuite rooms €85 (inc. VAT) per person per day

Rates for accredited team personnel include:

  • Full board accommodation, with breakfast, lunch and evening meal.  There will be no refund for any meal not taken
  • Transportation between campus and the course by Championship bus shuttle from 31 July 2011
  • Transfers between London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and the accommodation for whole team arrivals and departures

How To Book
All accommodation reservations for teams staying at Royal Holloway must be booked through the Organising Committee.
The online booking service is now closed. If you wish to make a booking for team accommodation please email accommodation@london2012.com

All bedrooms for teams must be booked through the official accommodation service
Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 30 days of the booking on receipt of an invoice.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Notification prior to 13 April 2011 - 90% refund 
Notification prior to 29 June 2011 - 50% refund 
From 30 June 2011 onwards - No refund
